Barbara Tharp May Attended - '59-'60
What a great website!. I was so excited about the information when it arrived in the reunion invitation. There are a number of ole friends I want to hear from; Vivian McMillan, Sonja Slater, Shirley White, Snake Williams, and others. But most of all does anyone know if I can purchase a copy of the 59-60 year book. My copy was destroyed by fire.
I've come a long way from Miami where I lived when at Clarke. I married Billy May, whom I met while at Clarke. We have two sons, two beautiful daughter-in-laws and four "grands", two boys and two girls. God has been good and is still good.
Would love to hear from any of you.

I attended Clarke College from May 1958 - May 1960 and loved it. It is always so much fun to see former classmates. We are planning a reunion at Lake Tiak-O'Khata, Louisville, Mississippi, for October 16, 2004. Our main program and luncheon will begin at 12:00 and over by 5:00. On October 15, 2004, (Friday night), we will have a snack type meal in a large room that is part of our room for the weekend. We will have more information in the near future.
We have a block of rooms reserved, but you need to make your own reservations. Maxine Wilson Churhwell, David and Ina Weekley, and I met and set up the date, times and we are now in the process of obtaining addresses. If you are interested, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Also, please pass the word on to others who attended Clarke.

I am excited about hearing from many friends. I am from N. Mississippi, but have lived in Shreveport, LA for 30 years. I am in music evangelism as a vocation. I attended Clarke in '59-'61. Please let me hear from you. Because I travel, I see many of the old crowd. Let's share together. My salvation, my calling, my abundant life in Christ had it's beginning at Clarke College
